Le Cros Chateau Tours & Wine Tasting Charles and Lucie have selected a repertoire of chateaux that can be visited in the local region. The object is not only to visit but to taste and learn the intricacies of how the wine in your glass is so lovingly created from the carefully tended vines. In-depth knowledge from local vignerons will give you confidence when you choose bottles for your cellar at home or in a restaurant. We shall meet growers in areas including Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes, Pessac-Leognan and the Entre-deux-Mers which is on our doorstep.
- We leave Le Cros at 9.00am, returning mid to late afternoon depending on the chosen itinerary.
- We stop for a hearty ‘routier-style’ lunch around 1.00pm which is € 20.00 per person including wine.
- When driving between properties/chateaux guests can benefit from Charles' exhaustive knowledge on local chateaux and wine production techniques through his informative commentary.
- Should guests want to purchase wines, these can be brought to Le Cros for forwarding by independent carrier.
